English language:
1. Guest/游客 : Who not log in or not register.
2. Registered Users/注册会员：You can became this user as soon as you registed and log in.
3. Certificated User/已认证会员: How to set this group,we are indiscussing.Maybe it will be apart for a little groups.
4. Moderators/版主: The members administer one or a few Child Forum.
5. Super Moderators/超级版主: The members administer one Main Forum.
6. Administrators/管理员: The members Can administer the database.
There is another User Rank： Banned Users/封禁用户
We are about to set five Moderators/版主 for each Child Forum and 1-3 Super Moderators/超级版主 for each Main Forum
Please give some advices about these problem and you can tell us how to certificate the user?
Chinese language:
1. Guest/游客: 没有注册或者未登录的用户 无权发帖，可浏览论坛。
2. Registered Users/注册会员:你一旦填写了注册信息，立刻成为.目前可发主题帖和回复
3. Certificated User/已认证会员: 这个具体怎么认证，认证最终是否分多个等级还需进一步探讨和试验。
4. Moderators/版主 :管理一个或几个小版块，可对管理版块的贴子进行非物理的删除和修改
5. Super Moderators/超级版主: 管理包括多个小版面的一个大版面.
6. Administrators/管理员:可维护后台数据库
还有一种：Banned Users/封禁用户
每个小版面一般设置5名Moderators/版主，每个大版面设置Super Moderators/超级版主1-3人
