3. Certificated User/已认证会员: How to set this group,we are in discussing.Maybe it will be apart for a little groups.
4. Moderators/版主: The members administer one or a few Child Forum.
5. Super Moderators/超级版主: The members administer one Main Forum.
6. Administrators/管理员: The members Can administer the database.
There is another User Rank： Banned Users/封禁用户
We are about to set five Moderators/版主 for each Child Forum and 1-3 Super Moderators/超级版主 for each Main Forum
Please give some advices about these problem and you can tell us how to certificate the user?
At the present time
“Books & Periodicals、Tools for Collection Trade Area/收藏图书及收藏工具交流” does not need to pass the verification and authentication. Any user can issue the related content freely.
Transaction procedure:
Pass verification –〉enter related trade area –〉issue thread –〉confirm transaction –〉receive or deliver products –〉give a grade (assign mark)
Any user can buy products through posting in the trade area, but in most trade areas only Certificated User who has passed the verification can post information via thread. Any user who has not passed the verification can not give a grade to any transaction. User who occupies a position above moderators certainly becomes a Certificated User.
Identity Verification: Must pass.
You must submit your ID Card images to email: support@dragonto.com (support@dragonto.com) with some informations as follow:

If user has passed the PayPal and/or Moneybookers verification and the related verification, we will mark with red characters in the user’s signature files to indicate that this user’s relevant account is verified.
Notice: If you want a verified payment account, your user name must be consistent with the name in your ID card, otherwise the verification can not be passed. We will gradually increase the difficulty of verification so as to protect the priority rights and interests of the users who have early been verified by us.
